Milo

A private, self-hosted email assistant for the account owner's personal correspondence and administrative paperwork. This is not a public email service.

What it does

With the owner's authorization, Milo can search and read Gmail messages, download attachments, summarize correspondence, and prepare suggested replies in its chat interface. The owner sends replies manually in their email application.

Selected invoices and administrative documents may be saved to the owner's Paperless-ngx archive when requested. Relevant content may be processed by the owner's configured AI model providers to perform these tasks.

Read-only Gmail access

The integration requests Gmail read-only access and basic identity information. It does not receive Gmail permission to send messages, create mailbox drafts, mark messages read, change labels, archive, or delete email.

Read the privacy policy before authorizing access. Support is available through the support email shown on the Google authorization screen.

The owner can revoke access at any time through Google Account connections.
